Our performer, Troy Bennefield, has performed
professionally in ensembles, recitals, and in other venues since 1996.
With an MM in Percussion Performance from the University of Oklahoma in
2004, Mr. Bennefield has continued his training to perform at the highest
musical levels.
Mr. Bennefield has performed in the following ensembles
as well as solo recitals, percussion ensemble recitals, and accompanying
choirs and other soloists.
Rome (Ga) Symphony, Tara Winds (Georgia’s Premier Adult Wind Ensemble),
Academia Filarmonica (Oklahoma Early Music Ensemble), Theatre Tuscaloosa,
Alabama Festival Orchestra, Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra, Huntsville Opera
Theater, Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps, Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle
Corps – recipient of Outstanding Percussionist Award
